Cooking has been my hobby since childhood and I was lucky enough to make a living from it for many years. Since selling my award-winning vegetarian food blog in 2015, I’ve continued to develop recipes both for my personal blog and for other projects.
I’ve developed hundreds of vegetarian recipes over the years, ranging from healthy weeknight dinners to kid-friendly lunch ideas. My specialty is cooking for busy people—freezer cooking, make-ahead meals, and dinners that take minutes to put together.
